1. About Real Mail Real Mail is a creative subscription service celebrating handmade moments, artist collaboration, recycled materials, and the joy of receiving something thoughtful in your mailbox. Our subscriptions may include items such as postcards, handmade paper goods, mini zines, artwork, artist collaborations, small creative items, and other surprise treasures. Because many Real Mail items are handmade or created in small batches, each delivery may vary slightly. Small differences and imperfections are part of the handmade nature of our products.

2. Subscriptions & Billing Real Mail subscriptions renew automatically based on the subscription plan selected at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Real Mail to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled. Subscription pricing, contents, and availability may change. We will communicate significant changes when applicable.

3. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Returns & Refunds Due to the handmade, limited-run, and subscription-based nature of Real Mail, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your delivery arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

5. Shipping Real Mail ships to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and up to date. Real Mail is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, postal delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

6. Handmade & Artist Collaboration Items Real Mail supports creativity, independent artists, and handmade work. Artwork, designs, writing, and creative pieces included in Real Mail deliveries remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Items included in subscriptions are for personal enjoyment and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission.

7. Product Availability Each Real Mail delivery is created in limited quantities. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if materials, collaborations, or products become unavailable.

8. Promotions & Discounts Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing may have specific terms and expiration dates. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.

9. Website Content All Real Mail branding, photography, copy, designs, and website materials are owned by Real Mail unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
